Funky Town Cheese Co. is created and operated by Rachel Wylen, a professional chef turned curd-nerd. She fell in love with the complexity and diversity of amazing cheeses while working as a cheese monger in between chef-ing gigs overseas.

Rachel dreamed of one day returning home to Fort Worth and bringing all people into the light of “Cheesus,” helping everyone find and fall in love with cheeses they adore.

Showcasing a stable of beloved cheeses along with seasonal, limited and local offerings throughout the year — in addition to baller cheese & charcuterie boards for 2 or larger party trays — there is always a reason to stop by Funky Town Cheese Co.
